Where is your company located?

Top Dog Cosmetics is an online store for cosmetics, beauty, perfumery, and personal hygiene located in Portugal.

Are your products authentic?

All of our products are 100% original and purchased in both the US & Europe. We are based in southern Portugal and focus on achieving competitive prices with the major cosmetics brands.

 

To which countries do you ship?

We ship worldwide, and all of our shipments are made with a tracking code.

If you can't find your country in the shopping bag country list, contact us and ask for a quote.

 

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated on the website according to the number and weight of the products you add to the shopping bag.

 

How much time will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed are processed by our logistics team within 3 business days, if all the products in the order are available. This deadline can be changed if there is no momentary availability of one or more products of the order.

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination and the handling time of the transport companies. The estimated days of delivery are indicated at the time of checkout and depend on the selected shipping method.

 

How can I have the “Free Shipping” option available?

Free shipping is available for orders above 100 EUR, or an equal price to each country's currency.

 

Will I have to pay any taxes when my order arrives?

Orders outside the European Union may be selected for a random inspection by the local authorities. When this happens, taxation of goods can occur. These taxes are charged by the local government, and the payment is the responsibility of the customer. The value of import taxes, as well as customs clearance procedures, are specific to each country.

If your order is taxed, you will receive a notification from the carrier to verify the amounts to be paid.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment with credit/debit card or Paypal.

 

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer support.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.

I have received an email from you asking to confirm/complete my delivery address. How can I do it?

In order to confirm/complete your delivery address, please contact our customer support by sending an email to Care@Topdogcosmetics.com.

Can I return a product?

The deadline to request the exchange or return of the products is 14 days after the date of delivery of the order. To do so, please send an e-mail to Care@Topdogcosmetics.com. with your intention of exchanging or returning the product.

I created an account, but I can’t remember my password.

You can reset your password on the login page. You should then receive an email to create a new password. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or the promotions tab to ensure that our emails are not being redirected.
